In parallel, our action is also seeking new leaders from across the EU COST area to join us before the official launch next month. We especially encourage applications from women and experts with disadvantaged backgrounds to take on national and pan-action leadership roles, strengthening our shared capacity to deliver inclusive and transformative science and education. At the moment, we are preparing to send invitations to experts across the EU COST area to expand and consolidate our network. A new website is about to be launched, integrating transparent participatory tools for open review of budget, scientific missions, and all action decisions. These will include democratic voting, planning, and debate features based on the Consul Democracy system, which can already be explored in a live demonstration at https://demo.health.int.eu.org. In parallel, a media kit is under preparation, with a new introductory video scheduled for release as part of next month’s major media campaign, coinciding with the official launch of the action.
Thank you for reading. We will soon notify about an online meeting on the system implementation, the administration of the action, the presentation of new leaders, and the EU BEACON official launch event itself.
