Last additions and improvements before submitting the action proposal

With 54 days to go until the deadline for submission of the action proposal ends, we have already achieved a network of proposers strong enough as to fulfill the requirments. These last two months we can focus on strengthening it by bringing more expertise, and improving on the diversity and inclusiveness targets.
