Fist infrastructure roll out

The release of access credentials for the action shared environment is now in progress and will conclude tomorrow or shortly after through individual messages to each network member. The current infrastructure already provides the cloud and office suite through Nextcloud and Collabora, videoconferencing via BBB, the budgeting platform, Listmonk for mailing lists, and both translation and survey systems. After this first installation round, we continue with the implementation of the git repository manager, the expert system and the One Health knowledge base, together with pedagogical platforms integrated into Nextcloud, Collabora and BBB. This phase also covers the mapping of stakeholders and experts, the literature review, and the media and expansion campaigns. The structured coordination of comissions aligned with the action objectives follows next, with us all voting on where to assign our funds.

We will soon resume the formation of consortia to strengthen our capacity to secure additional resources and improve coordination across all strands of work, ensuring that each objective is addressed with the precision and scale required to deliver the full mission of the action.
